Switching Between Profiles in FeaturePlan
Profiles in FeaturePlan allow for role-specific views of your data. They are created and assigned by FeaturePlan administrators. Profiles allow different groups of users to be shown different columns in a quick view, different fields in a record, and to have different access to those fields (read-only, mandatory, etc.).
All FeaturePlan users have at least one profile (and often more than one) for different role-based activities. The active profile name appears in the menu after the word Profile.
To switch profiles:
• Click the Profile drop-down and choose a profile from the available options.
