FeaturePlan Modules Further Integrate Ryma’s Product Investment Management Solution

MONTREAL, QUEBEC – August 9, 2010 - Ryma Technology Solutions Inc. continues to help revolutionize innovation, releasing a set of FeaturePlan modules that will help make the Product Investment Management solution process more efficient.

The FeaturePlan modules, which are add-ons to the FeaturePlan 3.4 release, were designed to make it easier for users to access, share, and track information in one common repository. The three new modules include an email, CRM integration unit, and customer feedback portal add-in.

Now, rather than having several multiple systems that cause silos between customers, sales, and product teams, vital information can be shared to make better product investment decisions – where the market is going, what products and functionality to deliver – and leverage that feedback.”

As email still remains the primary avenue in which stakeholders get requests, the feature allows users to easily send information directly from Outlook into FeaturePlan, with the capability to create and update enhancement requests and other records.

The CRM integration module supports the SalesForce.com application and closes the gap between product management and sales to increase opportunity closure rates. It will also save users precious time by having all the information in one common platform.

The Customer Feedback Center has been integrated into the customer feedback portal module. uKonect helps to close the feedback loop and eliminate the black hole of enhancements by providing a portal for effective two-way communication between users and their customers.
