Some interesting data was collected that I wanted to share with everyone, and a few questions that we weren’t able to get to during the call.

Attendees were asked the following questions:

So it seems many of you are managing 1-3 year old products, with a mix of between 3-5 products, and wish you could do more customer focus meetings throughout the year. You’re not alone! Aligns very well with the content of the webinar on how to commercialize innovation – it really depends how many products, what stage they are at, and how you’re interacting with your market and customers.

Some of the questions that we discussed were (paraphrased):

How is retiring/EOL a SaaS product different then an on premise product?

What happens when the product no longer fulfills its original promise but customers still ask for it?

Should customer requirements be includes in an MRD or a separate document?
