FeaturePlan Product Implementation package

This service is focused on aligning current product management processes with the implementation of FeaturePlan. The four days include:

• Identify pains, problems, goals and success metrics
• Review current processes
• Discuss training and reporting needs
• Create and deliver an implementation plan
• Execute and lead the setup of FeaturePlan (product structure, groups, users, editors, profiles)
  with the Customer’s core team
• Create Reports and Dashboards templates (this will either be before or after training)
• Support data migration and relationship creation
• Deliver training for the Product Managers and Collaborators
• Determine plan and train on how to design and create reports and dashboards
• Document any product management best practices providing content for product management
  and collaborators


Product Management Process and Product Implementation package

This service focuses on assessing the current state of product management, its processes, best practice needs and aligning these with the implementation of FeaturePlan. The ten days include:

• Discover and assess the current state of product management and its process providing an analysis,
  comprehensive review and recommendation
• Define or improve the product management process based on assessment and its alignment
  with process automation goals with FeaturePlan
• Document the process including diagrams and flows and ensure activities and team alignment
  integrate with FeaturePlan implementation
• Document the Product Management process, and execution with FeaturePlan
• Provide support and guidance for product administration to include product structure, user profiles,
  configuration, structure and setup
• Enable FeaturePlan product definition to support current methods and the migration
  of data and information
• Deliver product management process and FeaturePlan training
• Define FeaturePlan customization including basic report definition and initial dashboards in line
  with product management process
• Provide a post engagement summary and recommendation for product management
  and senior management
