Portal has been designed to help users to quickly ramp up on how to use FeaturePlan
MONTREAL, Québec – January 23rd, 2012 - Ryma Technology Solutions Inc., the leader in product management solutions, today launched a Customer Care Portal to enhance the end-user experience and provide a premium level of self-service support to their customers.

An interactive, e-learning environment, the Portal provides end users with volumes of information to help them get the most out of Ryma solutions. The Portal also serves as a customer self-service site where FeaturePlan administrators can go to locate the technical information required to answer any support questions that customers may have.
The Customer Care Portal is currently divided into three main sections:
- Ryma University, which features how-to videos and guidebooks for getting started with our solutions.
- A Downloads section that features the latest documentation and release notes.
- An FAQ to quickly answer any questions you may have about our solutions.
In the coming months, more sections will be added to the portal, including pages dedicated to enhancement requests, customer Q&A forums and more.
