Ryma launches Self-Service Customer Care Portal

Portal has been designed to help users to quickly ramp up on how to use FeaturePlan

MONTREAL, Québec – January 23rd, 2012 - Ryma Technology Solutions Inc., the leader in product management solutions, today launched a Customer Care Portal to enhance the end-user experience and provide a premium level of self-service support to their customers.

An interactive, e-learning environment, the Portal provides end users with volumes of information to help them get the most out of Ryma solutions. The Portal also serves as a customer self-service site where FeaturePlan administrators can go to locate the technical information required to answer any support questions that customers may have.
