Telesales Representative

The role of the Telesales Representative is to manage high volume telephone calls and emails to targeted North American and European companies. He will be responsible for identifying key decision makers and executive contacts within targeted prospects. Proactively cold-call target prospects and leads, opening a line of communication with key contacts and create interest in Ryma solutions and services. He conducts prompt follow-up to marketing campaigns, creates an accurate map of prospects, identifies their primary business situation, decision-makers and profile their decision making process. He meticulously records activities in the CRM tool regarding his conversations with various prospects to build an accurate database of useful information, capturing all critical prospect information including company and contact information, titles, project identification and descriptions with timelines. He maintains up-to-date prospect information and schedule follow-up by creating tasks/activities by utilizing the CRM tool provided.
