Telesales Representative
The role of the Telesales Representative is to manage high volume telephone calls and emails to targeted North American and European companies. He will be responsible for identifying key decision makers and executive contacts within targeted prospects. Proactively cold-call target prospects and leads, opening a line of communication with key contacts and create interest in Ryma solutions and services. He conducts prompt follow-up to marketing campaigns, creates an accurate map of prospects, identifies their primary business situation, decision-makers and profile their decision making process. He meticulously records activities in the CRM tool regarding his conversations with various prospects to build an accurate database of useful information, capturing all critical prospect information including company and contact information, titles, project identification and descriptions with timelines. He maintains up-to-date prospect information and schedule follow-up by creating tasks/activities by utilizing the CRM tool provided.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Managers to lead and advance the sales cycle
- Responsible for answering customer inquiries
- Participate in the implementation of market strategies and programs
- Participate in customer prospect events, and trade shows
- Complete basic administrative duties including updating and maintaining appropriate reports and system data
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Bachelor's degree or three-year college diploma
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Persuasive as demonstrated by an innate ability to close sales
- Quick learner with a self-motivated drive for results
- Enthusiastic, organized and personable with strong customer relationship skills
- Proficient with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous sales, telesales or customer service experience
The Assets:
- General understanding of software and terminology
- Enterprise Selling (B2B) experience or knowledge
- Understanding of the product management process
- Trained on the Pragmatic Marketing Framework
